Anee Ward, a 25 year resident and artist of Taos, has always combined her love of culture, community, and commerce in her work. From playing a role in the first Seco Stroll and coordinating community lectures, to hosting a virtual film festival and founding galleries, she has tried to engage the public in meaningful ways that support artists and their passions.

 

"Some of the best moments of my life have been laughing on the phone with girlfriends. The kind of laughter where you can't catch your breath. It was over the phone businesses were invented, loves were lost, and lives were lived." 

 

Anee is excited to bring these conversations to light as she engages her closest amigas in their new blog "Anee Ward Curates."

In her free time Anee can be found discovering the rivers and creeks with her new corgi-red heeler puppy, humbly golfing the links at Taos Country Club, and painting her heart out.
